In addition, she is also a Real Estate Broker and the Senior Partner of our second business RE/MAX Millennium. In her current position she is in charge of advertising and business expansion.
If you have seen us on Social Media, Bus Shelters, or Metro Stations she is the one that made it happen. Denni has been instrumental in the growth of our practice and is currently working on the expansion of our current office and the build out of our second location, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2020.
Afreen brings to our practice the best of both worlds. Born in Trinidad and Tobago and raised in New York City, her personality is the perfect blend of the happy and friendly Caribbean attitude combined with the professionalism and drive of the Big Apple.
She began her career with an Associates Degree in Nursing from the St. Vincent Catholic Medical Center of Queens and Brooklyn; and then proceeded to earn a Bachelors and a Master of Science in Nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing.
After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked in Manhattan's New York Presbyterian Hospital, then spent the next 8 years as an educator and clinical instructor both at Atlanta's Northside and at the University of Miami Hospital JMH Campus.
It is her clinical knowledge and experience as an educator that makes her a perfect fit for our practice. Encouraging patients to improve their health and prescribe medication only as a last resort has been and always will be our main objective. We are extremely happy to welcome Afreen to our growing family.
