Marc Marchello

Senior Partner

Marc is from Washington D.C.

He attended George Washington University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Management from George Mason University in 1996. He is also a certified Optician, Ophthalmic Excimer Laser Technician, and an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).


In his current position as Senior Partner Marc is in charge of:

Accepting and Discharging Patients.

At Brickell Medical Care, Dr. Coker takes care of the medical needs of our patients.
All other matters, including final decisions on Office Policies, are made by Marc.

Alicia Coker, MD

Diplomate, American Board of Family Medicine

Dr. Coker was born in Salt Lake City Utah and having a father who worked as a contractor for the Military she traveled and lived across the world as a child.


After graduating as a High School valedictorian from Sadadeen Secondary College in Alice Springs, Australia, Dr. Coker attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, graduating first in her 1995 class with a B.S. in Medical Technology. She was awarded a scholarship to the University of Miami School of Medicine, taking one of only four spots available to out-of-state students.


Dr. Coker graduated in May 2000 and decided to make Miami her permanent home. She continued with a three-year Family Medicine Residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital and passed the Board Certification exam on her first attempt only one month after finishing residency. 


Begining in 2003, she worked in urgent care centers all around Miami, including Mercy Hospital and Baptist Health Systems. At the end of 2012 she founded her own practice with a unique clinic model that eventually became our motto - On-time health care in the heart of Brickell.


Seeing patients on time is what makes us different than any other practice in Miami. It is a task that can only be achieved by following strict rules. Please take the time to click and read "Policies" up above.

Denni Jordan

Office Coordinator

Denni Jordan is from Westbrook, Maine. She has a degree in Ophthalmic Medical Technology and has worked in the medical field since the 1990's. At Brickell Medical Care she is in charge of patient records, insurance claims, and billing.

Polina Radchenkova, PA-C

Midlevel Provider

Polina is the latest addition to our growing practice. She is originally from Voronezh Russia and we are very proud to have her. Besides having an impressive medical background, it is her bedside manner and endearing personality that makes her a perfect fit to our boutique company.


Polina started her medical journey by receiving a full academic scholarship and graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus in Biology and Chemistry from Alcorn State University in Mississippi.


After receiving her degree she moved to Pennsylvania to pursue graduate work at the University of Pittsburg and Carnegie Mellon University. Her research in Biological Psychiatry resulted in several scientific publications. She then began working as a Milieu Therapist at one of the top ten Psychiatric facilities in the nation, the prestigious Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. It was there that she discovered her passion for clinical medicine.


She decided to continue her studies at Arcadia University in Philadelphia. Her clinical rotations there included Family Medicine, Women's Health, Emergency Medicine, Neurosurgery, and Plastic Surgery. She graduated with a degree as a Physician Assistant and soon after decided to move to Miami. She became Florida Licensed and is now Board Certified.


Polina brings all these accolades to Brickell Medical Care and in addition she is fluent in Russian. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, and spending time with her family in particular her beautiful daughter.
